it's been a great 4 days experience that i had
New IAG that was restructure to have swinging log
going outdoor for the three days is really great
being able to stand on the log and experience how the particpant feel is the greatest
being able to impact them is the greatest feeling of all
as a coach,
i feel that i am really very disappointed with myself
unable to help those outstanding participant
at the end of yesterday,
i felt that when some of my particpant leaves the glass door,
is either they are change or they are learning what we ae doing
if i wasnt taking a group like this,
i wouldnt had learnt so much from the trainers and pd/apd and all the coaches
being my 4th camp in this company,
i learnt alot during every camp
but nevertheless
this camp had made itself so impactful to me
from this camp i learnt alot how to handle those outstanding particpants
how to communicate with them
this is the greatest experience I had
although my group had 6 people
charmaine,jovina, john, gabriel, pinyi , pascal
the group dynamic is weak
but at the end of the camp
the group had become stronger,
working with each other more
during this camp,
i made and know better friends each day of the camp,
we are constantly knowing everyone
i would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone
maybe you can see it maybe not for some cause they dont know my blog

it's been great knowing you. You had brought me joy working with you in this coaching team. You always helped me to buy drinks when you are going out. always talking to me, rmb the fun we had on the last day..=) thanks for always saying wei he wei he. it totally bought joy and laughter to us when you speak in chinese.
